  • No, while the core of our content is for beginner swimmers, BGSC is for black women at all stages—from beginners to confident swimmers interested in swimming, watersports, travel and wellbeing.

  • BGSC started out running swimming lessons in partnership with B.O.S.S. The aim was to create a social environment to encourage more black women to take up swimming.

  • BGSC is based in London, UK but we cover international stories, events, lessons and travel recommendations.
